Awards

Shane has received various awards including the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Institution of Engineers (Sydney Division) in 2016. He was also elected to the grade of Fellow by the Institution of Engineers.

In addition to receiving awards, Shane has various prizes and scholarships named after him including:

• The Easson-Geha Prize for the Highest Achievement in Construction and Project Management - University of Sydney. This award is awarded annually to the student who achieves the best over-all performance in construction or project management.
  
  
• The Easson-Geha Prize for the Best Thesis in Construction or Project Management – University of Sydney. This award is awarded annually to the student who presents the best thesis in construction or project management.
  
  
• The Easson-Geha Award in Planning – University of New South Wales. This award is awarded to students based on academic merit and was established to assist students undertaking their final year thesis course.
